What we collect

If you call or send a request, we receive your phone number, name, town and the details you give us. Calls may be recorded for quality and billing, and you'll hear a notice first if they are. We also use basic analytics to see which pages people visit.

How we use it

We pass your request to the independent septic contractor serving your area so they can contact you about the job. We don't sell your information to anyone else or use it for unrelated marketing.

Keeping and deleting it

Call logs and requests are kept as long as we need them for the referral and billing. To ask for yours to be deleted, email hello@lakelandsepticpumping.net.
